Warm, unpretentious, good value — Islamic side is up to you
After looking at the big-name internationals we chose Greenfield for its warmer, less-pressured feel and lower fees, and we have been happy. Class sizes are reasonable, teachers are approachable, and our children settled quickly. It is a secular school; there is a prayer space if you ask and halal food is available, but Islamic studies is not part of school life, so we do that at home and the masjid. Facilities are good if not spectacular. For a balance of British curriculum, friendly community and sensible fees, it has been a good fit.
